The luxury eyewear scene just shifted. AKN Group (formerly Akoni) has acquired two Swiss icons: Götti Switzerland and Eyetech Lenses.

Götti, a cult brand known for its minimalist design, joins an already impressive lineup. Since 1998, it has embodied a rare blend of traditional craftsmanship and cutting-edge tech. With frames crafted in Japan, Austria, and Switzerland, its style is unmistakably elite.

Eyetech, Optical Expertise

Known for handcrafted premium lenses, Eyetech brings Swiss optical precision and innovation. It’s also the only company with a marketing agency dedicated exclusively to eyewear retail—an invaluable asset for the group.

Akoni Becomes AKN and Scales Up

As of June 2, 2025, Akoni officially becomes AKN Group. With a new name comes broader vision. The brand portfolio now includes Akoni, Balmain Eyewear, Valentino Eyewear, and now Götti and Eyetech. A global powerhouse in the making.
